In Japan, we sit around a pod dish (called Nabe in Japanese) on a table with family and friends. This is one of the occasions where we have a communication with friends and families.
And today, we have another ‘kawaii’ product from Japan, and there are cute characters in the pod! They all can be eaten and mainly made from ‘grated daikon’ radish that we cook by grinding radish. The are too cute that we can hardly eat!
The taste of the ‘Nabe’ pod varies a lot from soy sauce, salt, miso (soybean paste), tomatoes, and soy milk. We mainly put ingredients like vegetables, mushrooms, and meats, but there are no proper forms.
How about trying and cooking it?
